Western New York Vascular Society - 2026 Annual Symposium

The Western New York Vascular Society Annual Vascular Symposium is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo located at 200 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14202. Registration will begin at 7:00 AM, opening remarks at 8:00 AM and closing remarks at 3:00PM.

We will have a dedicated area for the exhibitors to set up tables separate from the general session/meeting space in accordance with CME Regulations.

The meeting typically attracts approximately 150+ attendees, composed of physicians in primary care, internal medicine, vascular surgery, cardiology, neurosurgery, hospitalists and emergency room physicians, as well as fellows, residents and students. Nurses, NP’s and PA involvement has increased over the last several years. We have also invited technologists and medical assistants. The meeting attracts attendees from a local and regional area. The meeting will provide CME credits with focus on carotid, aortic, venous and peripheral disease and vascular medicine.

Levels of support:

• • $20,000 DIAMOND - Includes a 10 ft display table. Eligible to host Speaker Lunch, and further acknowledged in marketing materials and on podium during introductions by the meeting’s moderator. Includes 5+ on site representatives.
  • $10,000 PLATINUM - Includes a 10 ft display table. Eligible to host Speaker Breakfast/Friday Evening Faculty Dinner and/or the Saturday Post Networking Reception. Includes 4 on site representatives.
  • $5,000 GOLD - Includes a 6 ft display table. Eligible to host Coffee/Mimosa Break. Includes 3 on site representatives.
  • $2,500 SILVER - Includes a 6 ft display table. Includes 2 on site representatives.
  • $1,000 BRONZE - Includes a small or shared exhibit table  includes MILITARY (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines), small start-ups, and NEW companies only. Includes 1 on site representative.

**All exhibitors will receive mention in the event marketing materials, onsite materials and podium.
